Projet 520 (SASU)
Effective version: January 28, 2026
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the terms of subscription, billing, and payment:
- for digital usage protection services offered by Projet 520 (SASU) in the form of subscriptions;
- for the online sale of computer hardware and related products.
The technical terms governing the execution of the services are defined in the General Terms of Service (GTS), which complement these GTCS.
Article 2 – Scope of Application
These GTCS apply to any subscription or order placed by a customer acting as a consumer.
Any order or subscription implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS, the General Terms of Service (GTS) for services, as well as the privacy policy.
These GTCS apply regardless of the customer's country of residence, subject to mandatory legal provisions applicable in their country.
Article 3 – Creation of a Customer Account
Subscription to services and/or ordering hardware requires the prior creation of a customer account.
This account allows the management of subscriptions, orders, support, and monitoring of the contractual relationship.
The customer account is separate from any technical account created as part of the service execution, as defined in the GTS.
Article 4 – Services Offered
Services are offered in the form of subscriptions, including the offers “Web Shield”, “Web Shield XL”, “Soul Guardian”, “Soul Guardian Family”, and “Soul Guardian XL”.
The characteristics, features, and constraints specific to each offer are described on the website and detailed in the General Terms of Service (GTS).
Article 5 – Hardware Products
Projet 520 also offers computer hardware and related products for sale, either new or refurbished, according to the information provided on the website.
The essential characteristics of the products are described in the product pages.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value.
Article 6 – Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.
For services, prices are billed as subscriptions according to the rate in effect at the time of subscription.
For hardware products, the applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order.
Projet 520 reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without retroactive effect on current orders or subscriptions.
Article 7 – Payment Terms
Payment is made online using the payment solutions offered on the website.
For services, payment is made through recurring automatic debit.
For hardware products, payment is due in full at the time of the order.
Article 8 – Delivery of Hardware Products
Hardware products are delivered, at the customer's choice during the order:
- either to a secure pickup point offered by the partner carrier;
- or to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
The exact delivery options available are specified during the ordering process.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only.
Projet 520 cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
The transfer of risk occurs upon delivery of the package to the customer or, in the case of delivery to a pickup point, when it is made available at the selected pickup location.
Article 9 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the hardware product or from subscription to the service to exercise their right of withdrawal.
For subscription services, when the customer expressly requests immediate service activation after payment, they acknowledge waiving their right of withdrawal.
For hardware products, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or non-compliant products.
Article 10 – Returns and Refunds (Hardware Products)
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, products must be returned in perfect condition, without breakage, damage, excessive signs of use, and complete, including all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use beyond what is strictly necessary to verify its nature and proper functioning may, in accordance with applicable regulations, result either in a refusal of refund or a partial refund proportional to the observed depreciation.
The refund will be issued within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.
Article 11 – Legal Guarantees (Hardware Products)
Hardware products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects as provided by law.
Any request relating to the application of guarantees must be addressed to Projet 520 support.
Article 12 – Customer Support
Customer support is provided by email at support@projet520.com or by phone, in accordance with the terms specified on the website.
Article 13 – Liability
For services, Projet 520 is bound by an obligation of means.
For hardware products, Projet 520’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of the defective product, under the conditions provided by law.
Article 14 – Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the Projet 520 website.
Article 15 – Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTCS are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is assigned to the French courts, subject to mandatory legal provisions applicable to consumers.
